Returns and refunds (Online sales)

I do not accept returns or offer refunds on any of my wigs or toppers due to hygiene reasons , please do not purchase online unless your totally happy with that .

In salon sales:

In salon sales/consultations  are offered  free of charge for you come in to physically try on, can see and feel the wig in person and make an informed decision about purchasing and taking away, by agreeing to being happy with it in salon and cutting the lace the sale is absolutely final there and then and any return or refund is strictly prohibited.

Items will be sent within 2-4 days after purchase, I also run a busy hair extension salon so it is not always possible to get to the post office every single day so please allow me time to send, I will send tracked and insured.

At the moment I only ship within the uk and I do no ship to PO Boxes.
